FlapBeauty offers a very flexible return and exchange policy. Dear customer, if you want to return the product so it should be unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging. The product can be returned or exchanged within 3-4 days from the delivery date. In case any product is wrongly dispatched or missing  so you have to inform within 48 hours of delivery. 

Please email us at with the image of the product which has been delivered. 

Once we receive your email our customer care will contact you. If customer care approves for return and exchange a person from the courier company will come to pick up the product. The person who will come to take the courier will check the product & packing and if everything is up to the mark the courier company will send the product back to us. Once we get the product we will refund you or exchange your product.

Terms & Conditions-

·    All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

·  All gifts or promotional items received by you at the time of purchase must be returned with your order. 

·   All nails and accessories are for final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

·  All items bought on sale are final – we do not offer any returns or exchanges on sale products

·  We will not exchange opened or used products. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
